1. Quotations & Daily Price Fluctuations
All commercial price estimates, proforma invoices, and freight rates issued by Rsjpole.com are governed by daily steel market ingot and billet index fluctuations.
Unless explicitly stated in writing on an official proforma invoice, quotations are valid for the date of issuance only. Acceptance of orders is subject to stock confirmation at our Raipur stockyard.
2. Technical Standards & Rolling Tolerances
RSJ and RJS utility steel poles are manufactured adhering to Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) specifications, including IS 2713 (Tubular & Joist Steel Utility Poles) and IS 2062 Grade E250 / E350 (Structural Steel), along with IS 808 dimensional guidelines.
Sectional weights, web and flange thicknesses, and overall heights are subject to standard industrial rolling weight tolerances (+/- 2.5% to 5.0%) as approved by Indian Standard codes.
3. Weighbridge Slip Billing & Dispatch
In accordance with national steel trading standards, commercial billing is executed strictly on the basis of computerized, certified weighbridge gross and tare weight slips generated at the time of truck loading from our stockyard.
Buyers are invited to inspect materials and observe weighbridge calibrations prior to dispatch exit.
4. Base Plate Welding & Custom Fabrication
Customized pole fabrications (including base plate welding, cross arm hole drilling/punching, earthing nuts, hot-dip galvanizing, or red oxide primer coating) will commence only upon receipt of approved drawing specifications and designated advance payment. Custom fabricated sections are non-returnable once cutting or welding has taken place.
5. Transport, Transit & Unloading
Materials are delivered on Ex-Raipur or Freight-To-Pay (FOR Destination) basis as mutually agreed upon in the commercial order. Transit insurance is recommended and can be arranged upon request.
Crane or mechanical unloading of heavy RSJ utility poles at the client destination site is the sole responsibility of the consignee unless specialized turnkey unloading is booked in advance.
6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from commercial transactions conducted with Rsjpole.com shall be subject exclusively to the civil courts and legal jurisdiction of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
